According to a report the multidistrict litigation set up in prior this month for all federally-filed ovarian cancer proceedings comprising talcum powder products marketed by Johnson & Johnson will formally get underway in November. On 20th of October the District Court of New Jersey issued an Order stating that the Court will convene an Organizational Conference on Thursday, November 17th and the timing will be 10:00 a.m. The meeting will be conduct to address “housekeeping” issues in individual cases.
